Need support...FreeForm Confirmation Emails

I’m new to this forum…i’m taking over for another developer who is no longer working on this site so I’m not even sure if he had a license or not so I have kind of nowhere else to turn for supoort :/

Using FreeForm.
I have send_email_user to yes
I have user_email_template set to my email template for the confirmation email…

This doesn’t work.
I’ve tested the email configuration and all of that appears to be fine.

What am I missing?

Any advice is greately appreciated!

Freeform is a 3rd party Solspace addon so you’d get a better answer at their support forum - http://www.solspace.com/forums/viewforum/10/ - you can also find all the Freeform documentation there as well.
