I have a question about this option in Membergroups:
Include Members in PUBLISH page multi-author list?
Is it possible to assign this to a particular channel only?
The reason is that I store memberdata in a channel. My workflow is:
1. Create a member and assign it to a group
2. Publish a new entry in the channel ‘members’ and assign it to the matching author. But that is a long list (2000) and I don’t want to see that list on every other publish page.

The workaround here I can think of is to login as the member and then publish the new entry so their name and your superadmin name will appear in the author list.

Yes, that is an option. An other option is to simply hide the ‘Author’ in other entries, because it is not a blog style site and therefore the author is only needed in one particular channel. Thanks for your answer.
