I would like the launch of EE Spotlight to be included in the next FRUP if you don’t mind.  Here’s a little biographical info:

EE Spotlight is a source for ExpressionEngine Tips, Tutorials, Reviews, and News.  The aim is to not only be a source of information, but more importantly an easy place for others to post articles of their own, creating links back to their own site in the author bio, and increasing the networking within the community.  Dare I say it, but almost a NetTuts+ type of site focused on ExpressionEngine.
