Hi All. I have a client we use Expression Engine 1.7.0 with. The site has worked great for a very long time. We moved the site from a shared host server, to our own in house server.

The server runs Windows Server 2008 w/ IIS
PHP is running as Fast CGI

The issue is that the urls which used to be re written to

http://www.domain.com/results/

now shows up with a /?/ in the URL and looks like http://www.domain.com/?/results/

Can anyone tell me if this is a server issue or a problem with EE itself? Again, it only got this way after being moved to our new server.

Hi, Brandon. This is a very common problem when working with Windows servers.

You may need to look for another solution to removing your index.php ... what are you using now?
