    Hi,

Our site, http://medicalspark.com is having an issue where some pages are loading cached template data. I have update the nav template (embeded on every page) and for any page that is not new, the site still loads the old data. I went into the admin under utilities and cleared all cached data, but any old page still loads the old content. Is there somewhere I am missing that I need to clear this cached content? I have verified it is not a browser issue by testing in a browser that has not been to the site before.

Here is a screenshot of the issue

Here are links to examples of both pages, which both use the same templates.

    Old (cached) page
    New page (displays current template)

Thanks in advance for your help.

    jdgraffam,

Can you try manually clearing the cache by FTPing into system/expressionengine/cache and deleting all the folders in there bar the index.html . Now double check your permissions on the cache folder are writeable (777)

Do you have any template caching enabled in the Template Manager?

    Hi John,

Thanks so much for your response. I cleared the cache and verified that the permissions were corrected (they were not). This has resolved the problem.

Thanks again for the quick response.

    Kind Regards,

    JD
