Are there any JavaScript errors that you’re getting in a development tool like Firebug? And is this behavior consistent across all browsers?

No javascript errors.

humanique, there have been over 180 bug fixes since the version of EE 2.1.3 that you’re running. Can you set up a staging environment of your server to test 2.2.1 with the Agile theme?
