Our old I.T. person no longer works with us and it is his username and password to get updates. I have been trying to talk with someone here about how to change our license to someone currently employed at our office. I have a copy of the credit reconciliation showing our business paid for the license and was not owned by the previous IT person.
If anyone knows how to go about handling this, any help would be great!
