I am filling in for someone for a short bit that setup a Freeform through EE.  We have a few forms that seem to be having some issues lately. They recently setup an exchange server for their email and now the emails are bouncing back upon submission.

I noticed here http://www.solspace.com/docs/detail/freeform_form/ that it says the email needs to be on the server itself, but how do i do that if the email is elsewhere?

Does anyone know what to change?

i am getting info from the person who sets up the emails that it is an IP issue.  Can this be changed anywhere?

    here is his response:
Right….But that is still a configuration in the webpage.
The Exchange Server’s Spam is setup to ignore any emails that come from the webpages address. I even added a Receive connector to accept emails from the webpage if they are using the doorcounty.com domain. I’ve pretty much done everything to rule out Door County’s Exchange server.
From info I am getting it sounds like the Webpage was moved from DCWIS, by Jason to GoDaddy. They email might of worked because it could have been configured to send to the DCWIS SMTP sever. We had DCWIS remove mail accounts from their server, which would of stopped mail flow.
If we setup a Gmail address that’s fine, but the Webpage form still needs to know who it is send as…correct?? The Webpage has to use something to send the emails out.

    thanks
