Are you logged into the control panel as the another SuperAdmin?
Are you registered as a member on the site already?
If you got Members -> View All what do you see under Member Group beside your name?
Could you walk us through the steps you are taking to make yourself an admin please?

Yes the last person wasn’t really pro-active. Took me 2 hours before I realized that individual gave me a member account. All is resolved now. Thanks
