We have MSM installed and are just getting started on the second site. We have a quick question: When displaying an article across multiple sites would the comments be displayed with the article no matter what site it is being viewed on? We HOPE this is not the case…

Yes. The comment entries tag picks up on the single entry page URL. You can also add parameters such as url_title=”{segment_3}”
