    Hi

I’ve tried to find out the best way to plan a multiple site manager - setup, with as good isolation between the sites as possible but yet the same framework behind.

The setup I have today (with one site is simple)

    ftp-root
    -webroot (site-1)
    -ee-system (expressionengine system folder)

If I’m creating a new site, can I then also create a second webroot for that, or do I have to point the domain to the first webroot?

    ftp-root
    -webroot (site-1)
    -webroot (site-2)
    -ee-system (expressionengine system folder)

A second site root would be my recommendation. Once created add the index.php in there as per the MSM docs
