    I have a Safecracker form that’s works fine when I logged in as admin or not logged in add all. but when I logged in as a member the form isn’t working it all (I see nothing) as anybody have a explanation?

    {exp:safecracker channel="{channel}" return="/news" entry_id="{segment_3}" author_only="yes" name="myform" author_id="CURRENT_USER"}

    My gut reaction is to say take a peak at the “Channel Assignment” for the member group.

    It sounds to me like the admin and the guest group have posting permissions but the member group may not.

    Marcuse,

    You have the parameter author_only=“yes”. Did the member actually create the entry or was it you as an admin?

    Check under the Options tab when Editing the entry from the control panel

    Hi John

    I try to create a entry (this is working as guest and admin)

    Note: By option tab I can’t choose this member because it not in the pull-down menu

    even this (simple form)

    {exp:safecracker channel="ingezonden" return="contact/thanks" }
    <input name=“title” type=“text” />
    <input name=“my_custom_field” type=“text” />
    <input type=“submit” value=“Submit” />  {
    /exp:safecracker}

    gives no output if I’m logged in as a member

    source code: gives some javascript code but no form output (well as I’m a admin or a guest)
