Not sure if the fix above is in reference to this problem, but I, too, am having difficulty uploading PDFs. They seem to go through fine in the upload process, but then the files are nowhere to be found.

This has just started happening in the past week or so. I’ve checked my settings, and the files aren’t too large, so I’m not sure what the trouble is. (File in question is 6.7 MBs.)

Thoughts?

Hey Nicole,

I split this off from the blog discussion post as it is a different issue.

When you say “nowhere to be found” - have you checked if they’re visible in the upload location via FTP?  Also, if you refresh, do the files then show up?

Lastly, can you look in the very bottom of your CP and let us know the version and build you’re running?

We’ll work with you to see if we can get this sorted, but we’ll need a bit more information before we can start troubleshooting.
