Hi,
I’m having a problem with a user who can’t login. They are a superadmin and everytime they try to login they get redirected back to the login page. I can login fine and so can others that have tried to login.

I have tried the various security setting for the control panel, I have also attempted to set the cookie domain. The user has tried different URLs and different browsers all with the same result.

At the moment the site is on a temporary domain. Not sure if this could be causing any issues.

Also, just to say the user has tried on his mobile phone as well. Which means it is not IP based

Another thing that may help is that he is accessing it from another country… everyone else I have tried has been in the same country
