This question may be related to a resolved thread.

I have unzipped, and uploaded all of the files required for SafeCracker.  When I go to the ‘Add-Ons’->‘Modules’ and click ‘Install’ next to SafeCracker, a page with radio buttons to install the Module and Extension components.  The Extension component installs fine, but when I tried to install the Module I get the following error:

    The following errors were encountered

      Please enable extensions before installing.

    Return to Previous Page

If I go to ‘Add-Ons’->‘Extensions’ page I see SafeCracker there, but it is disabled and I am unable to enable it or view any of the settings.

    Please help!

    Thank you,
    Lucas

Hi, Lucas. Are extensions already turned on? Is this the 2.0 version of SafeCracker?

    Hi Sue,
I actually figured this out with the help of the user who opened the original thread.  The resolution was to activate the extension.  I didn’t realize that the “Enable” button was up on the right-side of the table with extensions in it.  Thank you for getting back to me though.
