    Hi, can someone help me to resolve this issues??

    I had created a custom field called “Learn Thumbnail”, and the field type is “File”.
    I able to upload selected image to server.

    But the “File Manager” cannot display the image (Please refer to attachment).

    When i checked those thumbail <img >, it not link to the path that I save.
    The path suppose is http://example.com/userfiles/ASEANpreneurs_Logo.jpg

    http://example.com/themes/cp_global_images/default.png

    Where can I change path of “File Manager”??

    Please kindly assist me, I need this urgently. Thanks a lot

    Hi Jacy,

    It looks like it is uploading the image already but unable to make the thumbnail.

    If you look in the upload folder that you specified for that upload destination is there now a folder called _thumbs and is there some thumbnail images inside of it?

    What version and build of EE are you using?

    Can you run our server wizard please? This will tell you if your server is able to create thumbnail images or not.

    Hi, Jacy -

    Can you let us know the permissions on that new _thumbs folder, please? That may be the clue to what is going on.  If it is not 777 permissions, you might try setting it to 777 permissions and see if that helps.

    If that is it, we’ll need to troubleshoot the permissions on newly created folders, but this should move us forward in knowing exactly where the problem is.

    Thanks!

    Hi Lisa,

    Now my file upload path is

    /XXX/www/example.com/public_html/userfiles <== permission is 777
    and
    /XXX/www/example.com/public_html/userfiles/_thumbs <== permission also is 777.

    is it any related with “make thumbnail”?

    Jacy,

    Looking at your Server Wizard output it looks like not all features of GD might be installed

    If you open up your control panel and goto Tools -> Utilities -> PHP Info

    Can you tell us what you have for memory_limit

    Now look for what I have attached. Do you have similar?

    This is also a nice add-on to let you know the general health of your EE install

    Hi John

    Thanks for your advice

    I had figured out the solutions.

    After I enable the GD library, the issues had settled in pretty way~!

    Thanks a lot
