I updated my website today and it doesn’t work properly.
Only the main page works and without the css loading.
Basically the CSS link does not work and all the links load blank page.
This happened after the update.
I’m using the .htaccess trick to eliminate the use of index.php in the urls.

I solved the problem after updating all the index.php files I had in the subdirectories (/en/ and /gr/) for the languages.
