The first step when troubleshooting things like this is to get your markup to validate. All bets are off with significantly invalid markup, and results will vary from browser to browser.

I finally found the error…in my code.
I did tested the code before i put it into control panel and everything worked fine.
But what i am guessing.. expression engine, but it didn’t work in the control panel.
It just caught more of my beginning coding.
My style sheet was the problem. I found out it was <head> tag.
In non tech terms…i overdesign….i just kept taking out tags.

So now i know.
