    Hi,
I have a serious problem on a production website.
    EE 1.7.0 built 20101018.

This problem is only on backend
There are not any error code (not PHP or EE errors code, with output Debugging and SQL enabled).
The output is only a blank page.

Note that there aren’t any change in the last days (no change on plugin/template).

    How to reproduce this error

    Login to the CP (admin)

    1) Publish
    2) weblog "A"
    After few seconds… blank page.

    or

    1) Modify and entries from weblog "A"
    - blank page.

This problem is the same with weblog “B” that used the same filed group!

    Things done so far
    - cleared all cache
    - repair db table
    - optimize db table

    Results: The problem still persist.

If I change the group filed assigned to weblog “A” or “B” i can access to Publish or Modify page in the CP.

The group filed used in weblog “A” and “B” is composed only by:
    - relashionship
    - text field
    - area filed
    - nGen File Filed
    - text filed (used by simple tag plugin)

Some suggestion to resolve this problem?
    thank you

    Hi, sargiante.
Have you seen: EEWiki:// HowTo Determine Memory Limits

    -and-

    EEWiki:// HowTo Override Memory Limitations

How much memory is allocated to PHP? Ngen file field can be memory hungry. You may just need to up the amount you’re using now. If not set already, try changing to 64M.

    Does that help?

    Problem solved!

    Through several attempts…
I replicated the group fields. The problem was nGen File Filed.

It seemed that some files were corrupted or removed.

I reinstalled the plugin and everything is back to work.

it has been difficult because there are no errors due to the plugin.

    thank you!
