I’ve built a few EE sites over the years and am considering buying another EE license for a new project that would also require MSM.

But I’ve never used MSM.  And I’d like to double check its use of member groups before proceeding.

Does the member group “channel assignment” work across sites?  In other words, can I assign multiple channels from multiple sites to one member group?

Yes, you can assign channels across sites, as long as you set that particular member group to have access to both sites.
