I"m trying to do a simple sorted dump of category info for a channel like so:
{exp:channel:categories channel="service" style="linear"}
[various variables here]
{/exp:channel:categories}I don’t see any orderby or sort parameters available. I’ve created a custom category field for sort order, but don’t see a way to use this. I thought I should do a quick check before pulling out the Query tags.

Hi, trenchard.
There’s a bug in EE 2.1.3 in regard to sorting categories. If you want ultimate control over the order, but I’d pull out the query tags.
