Hi All,

Anyone had any issues with transferring a site to Heart Internet (UK Hosting Company)?

The site is currently on a temp URL on their shared server. On loading the EE login page we are getting a blank page “500 error”.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using the “extendcp.co.uk” temp address?

Check that your domain name is in the URL…

http://web***.extendcp.co.uk/yourdomainname.com/system/index.php (where *** is the server number as supplied)

Also check the system paths are correct in your config file and /root/path.php
