    HELP! We have a site that recently did a server upgrade and now all of the pages are showing the index page of the site.

    http://themeatballshop.com

    There are not .htaccess redirects and we have not taken out the index.php file. We also haven’t made any changes on the site, other than having the server moved. The hosting claims it is not them. Any thoughts/suggestions/help would be much appreciated.

    Anyone have any thoughts on this? We could really use some help.

    I know EE sites by default do this if the page or page template can not be found. I would re-examine what happened during the server upgrade.

    Meaning the landing page, or the rest of the pages? I can see all of the templates in the backend and they have the correct html.

    I’ve tried editing entries, and the edits show up on the front end, just none of the templates do. I also tried to select a template as a 404 page and that didn’t work either.

    Hi liquilife,

    Please see this thread and try adding this to your config file:

    $config['uri_protocol']    = 'QUERY_STRING';

    Cheers

    Greg

    Greg Salt,

    Thank you so much! That worked when we added the question mark to the url. We are contacting the host now to see if we can get them to fix this.

    Hi, liqilife.

    Your host may or may not be able to change this. But in the mean time, glad Greg was able to assist. Feel free to start a new thread if you have any more questions.
