    Hello,

I just created a Google Sitemap—http://www.biom.net/sitemapgroup/index/ and when rendering I received this error message:

This page contains the following errors:
error on line 1266 at column 10: Extra content at the end of the document
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

Google is telling me (see attachment) that URLs submitted is 180. Does this mean the template only delivered 180 links until the error? (I have several hundred articles in the weblogs included in this sitemap.)

Also how do I get the line numbers to show so that I can evaluate: “error on line 1266 at column 10: Extra content at the end of the document”?

    Thanks.

Hi, Ramone. How are you generating this sitemap?

Can you tell us which version/build of EE1.x you’re using? See EEWiki:// HowTo Determine My EE Version

If you look at Luke’s sitemap, it’s not working as expected. But that’s not the issue here.. what is in the 181st entry? There really isn’t any way of tracking down the entry is other than to manually count and see what the entry is, or to add a {count} variable to trace through it. I don’t think being on 1.6.8 is the issue, but it wouldn’t hurt to upgrade to 1.7.0.
