Wow..how do I phrase this..

I want to know if there is a plugin or if maybe EE 1.x has some native built-in feature for members to be able to add content to their member home page. For example, we have a ton of weblogs, the user could subscribe to the weblog of their choice kinda like igoogle is laid out and then view only the weblogs he or she wants from their member homepage. Possible?
