Hello all. I was trying to grab the Lumis Image Sizer plugin, but the site is down. I wanted to get in touch with them but don’t have contact info. Figured I’d post it to the community - I hope someone alerts them.

    Happy Coding ...

Not sure if you are also involved in the Twitter conversation - but if not look for CE Image instead.  It’s a small cost ($8) but looks to be much more featured and supported than the Lumis product.

I’ve used the Lumis image sizer on a number of sites so have a bit of fondness for it, but have noted that the author is rarely available for support when needed.  I actually used the plugin in the first version of my EE book but removed it for the revision because it was the single biggest spot where people had trouble and I ended up getting the emails because the author wasn’t responsive.

    “Free” isn’t always…

If anyone needs the plugin then you can find it by using the WayBackMachine here.

    Best wishes,

Thank you both very much. I’ve heard and read a good amount on the ImageSizr plugin, but never actually tried it out. A few situations have come up recently with clients where something like that would come in handy.

I will take a much closer look at CE Image - thanks for the advice!

Mark - I hadn’t even thought to use the waybackmachine - good call.

    Thanks again -
