What is the best way in EE 1.67 to have a user attach a file to a form to upload to the site. A client wants users to fill out a form and attach a photo for a contest.
I know I can do this with FreeForm, but it is not compatible with EE 1.67 :(

Hi, Matt. Is there any reason why you aren’t going to upgrade to at least EE 1.7 for this site?

Good question. This is a huge site using MSM with multiple languages, and I guess we are a little reluctant to mess around with it. We had some problems when we went live using MSM. Is it a fairly seamless process to upgrade to 1.7? That would solve the form dilemma.

There are earlier versions of Freeform, but I don’t have any of the earlier versions and I’m not certain the Solspace folks do either.
You’d need to upgrade EE and the MSM. It’s fairly easy to upgrade, but you may also need to upgrade some third party add-ons.
