EE Server Wizard shows 2 servers lack waht is needed. Where should I go?

I just got EE and put the EE Wizard on Godaddy and on another hosting server. Both Apache, each runs php and both FAILED the test in your EE Wiz.

Here are the results:
Critical Errors
To complete the wizard check, the following error(s) must be addressed:
Unable to connect to your database server godaddy
Unable to select your database other server (tch)
MySQL (Version 4.1+) support in PHP NO (on both)

Will it FAIL due to this or is your EE WIZ out of date?
