Hello
I upgraded to latest EE and everything seems to be ok expect for one thing. The tab menu for publish/edit are missing titles (pls see attached image). The links do work but have no visible titles.
Any ideas?

From what version did you upgrade? Did you replace CP themes as well?

Hello Ingmar - I followed the upgrade instructions to the letter. Everything is ok apart from this one minor issue :|
I upgraded from the previous EE2 from late last year.

Any sort of third party add-ons? Are you using any sort of publishing layouts?
