I am running SLES 11 and I have followed all the recommened settings in your Installation docuement. I have set the file and directory permissions just as stated and I fill out the pages of the install form that ask me to agree to the EULA and put in my license code. After all that I hit the install button and my browser returns an empty page. I have tried running it from Firefox on the local server, from IE on my workstations, and each time I get the same response.

I have tried to attach some files but this lousy web form will not accept HTML types, When I convert a 56k file to a word doc it is now 500k which this lousy form will not accept. When I save it as a 58k PDF it says there is invalid date for the mime type. Your support has much to be desired.
