It sounds great, but unfortunately the Linux version is not available yet, while i use Linux on my daily computing activity including coding.

I’ve started to use PHPStorm, and so far, I’m quite impressed. Lots of handy features that go far beyond simple code completion, and build in project and scm management.

Everything here is Linux only. It runs on Java (Sun’s version, not OpenJDK), so platform independent, and to my suprise it’s not slow as hell…

If you’re developing open source, you could be eligible for a free licence: http://www.jetbrains.com/phpstorm/

I’m just starting out with CodeIgniter (4 months now). I use Netbeans which the community have developed work-around methods of getting CodeIgniter auto-complete working.

The other reasons why I like it is because it is free, subversion support, and it is free.

Currently using two IDEs respectively Aptana Studio 3 and Komodo Edit 6.

Aptana is pretty cool, I guess. I’ve been using it for a few months and I do enjoy working with it.

As for Komodo, I use it when I code my css code because it has css3 auto-complete syntax (I don’t have a clue how to spell it) and stuff like that which makes my super lazy ass happier, heh. =D

Well What do you guys think of it

I really liked feeling while I was trying CBlobster today, I just lack a specific code completion feature and I’ve sent them a note about that.
