I have to build a mail form that should be used amongst others to attach and send pdf-files.
Can I do this with the contact form of EE?
Or how will I do better?

i do not believe so…
try freeform addon or perhaps use the new SAEF Safecracker plugin - although i believe safe cracker does not email it just save it as an entry, so you would need an alert. Freeform is your best bet though.
