Hi Everyone,

I would like to offer you a chance to try out my new e-commerce module for EE 2, ACME CART. ACME is similar to the Foxee module but has been completely re-written to work with ExpressionEngine 2. It also includes several new features including Bundles, Better inventory and product images to name a few. ACME also allows you to assign a member to more then one member group and move them between groups based on purchases. Although ACME will soon be able to run self-hosted, the beta version uses the FoxyCart gateway service.

There is still much work to do on both the website and the module but I wanted to invite you to look at ACME and give me your feedback. You can visit http://www.acmecart.com and download the module from the products page. There is also a forum, bug-tracker and docs available for you to use as well.

Anything going on with this project? If it is still alive, will it maintain the PCI compliance that FoxyCart and Fox-ee did?

I’m interested in this, too, especially if there will be an upgrade path from Foxee. Any progress on this?
