    I ran the server guide on the location of my EE installation and came back with this:

    I am trying to utilize some image resizing plugins and they require GD support. I’m just a little confused by these results and was hoping someone could shed some light.

    It’s telling me I have support for “Image Thumbnailing using GD, GD2, Imagemagick or NetPBM” but not for “GIF Image Resizing Using GD (or GD 2)”, “JPEG Image Resizing Using GD (or GD 2)”, “PNG Image Resizing Using GD (or GD 2)”. Seems like they are mutually exclusive?

    I might be wrong but it says or in the first one so it might be that you have Imagemagick or NetPBM installed but not GD possibly?

    Have you tried creating a phpinfo.php file and see what that says about what’s installed on the server?

    <?php
    phpinfo();
    ?>

    Best wishes,

    Mark

    I agree with Mark, it looks like you have some other image manipulation library, possibly ImageMagick, installed?
