Hey folks,

I have an EE site hosted with Mediatemple. The site uses Cartthrob for e-commerce. In the last couple of days we’ve found it impossible to access the publish page for the products weblog.

The site is on EE Build: 20100415

The field group includes Wygwam, nGen File Field, Carththrob price modifiers, Matrix & Playa

It has been working but has become increasingly slow. Any insights as to why it might hang like that?

Firstly, we recommend upgrading to the latest version which is 1.7.0. Have you switched on debugging at Admin > System Preferences > Output and Debugging Preferences? If not, please do so and report any generated errors. However, an HTTP 500 error is likely to be a server-side issue. Please contact your hosts and let them know. Ask them to check the error logs and let you know what is happening when these 500 errors occur?
