I just changed my system offline template from the default content and now when I log in to my CP, it still shows the system offline page as if I’m logged out? Did I made something wrong? 🙄

Are you logging in as a Superadmin? When you login, what template do you see? Did you set the site to offline? Finally, what version and build of EE are you using?

Yes I installed EE, so I’m superadmin by default. When I login to my CP I see the CP’s homepage, and when I enter the front-end home page it still shows the offline template. The “Is system on?” is set to No. I’m using Version 2.1.3 Build 20101220.
If I can somehow convert the offline template to default, maybe things will possibly work out?

That probably means you aren’t logged in to the frontend, i.e. the system doesn’t recognize you as a Superadmin. Try going to http://example.com/index.php/member/login and login there.

The example.com site actually redirects me to “http://www.iana.org/domains/example/” where there isn’t a login option.
Yeah probably the system does not recognize me as a logged in Superadmin, but I wonder how in the first place that can happen!

Yes, I meant for you to replace example.com with your own domain name, of course…

Ah ok. I replaced it, logged in and now it works!

You probably just weren’t logged in before. Sounds like you’re OK now.. Don’t hesitate to post again as needed.
