We have a license for MSM v1 with 4 sites.  I need to upgrade this to a license for MSM v2, keeping all 4 sites, but can’t find a link or way to do this within my account or downloads area.  How can I do this?

    The license ends with 0258.

I see a way to upgrade our other MSM v2 license, ending in 1092, to a commercial license or to add additional sites to that but don’t see a way to upgrade 0258.

    Thanks!

    Hi Chris,

If you go to https://secure.expressionengine.com/index.php?ACT=MSM2 do you see a “Multiple Site Manager - Upgrade Licenses” section near the bottom of the page?

yes but it doesn’t provide the option i’m looking for.  it only provides the option to upgrade license 1092 to commercial.  that’s not what i’m looking to do.  i want to upgrade 0258 to MSM v2 with 4 sites.

Multiple Site Manager - Upgrade Licenses
The Multiple Site Manager expansion can be upgraded from a Non-Commercial to Commercial License here. The cost includes any Additional Sites associated with the license as all Additional Sites on an MSM license must be upgraded at the same time.

Upgrade   Current Licenses   Purchase Date   Cost
    Upgrade MSM License - xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-1092
EE 2 Multiple Site Manager Non-Commercial License
    - xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-1092
    - Additional Sites: 2

    Hi, Chris -

You’ll find that upgrade in the EE 1 to EE 2 upgrade link.

Hey Chris - It’s linked from the front page of the store.  You can get to that page from top right of expressionengine.com. =)

I hope that helps for the future!  Are you all set now?
