I have an idea for a business. Basically converting static HTML sites into CMS managed sites. Turn around would be 24 - 72 hours based on the complexity. And cost would be a flat fee of $999 for basic site + cost of EE, with options for custom quotes.
The appeal is that it’s a much cheaper solution then hiring a developer.
Let me know if you think this is a good idea? I am thinking of throwing a site together this weekend to offer this service.

I would imagine there’s a huge demand for this sort of service. But equally, the sort of site you would build in 24-72 hours wouldn’t necessarily be one I’d think EE is best suited for.
The big selling point of EE for me is the level of customisation and flexibility - I don’t think you’re ever going to be able to take advantage of this in such a short build period?
