I’m setting up a site with two basic channels, “registration” and “companies”.
Users fill out a registration form (registration channel SAEF) where they can select a company from a relationship dropdown that is populated with entries from a “companies” channel.
What I would like is to give users the option of entering information for a new company, if it isn’t available in the dropdown already, and then have that info submitted to the companies channel, while the rest of the information is submitted to the registration channel, and the relationship created between the two, as if the dropdown had been pre-populated.
Has anyone done something like this, or have any ideas for how it might work? I’m at a loss.
