    I am setting up a contact form for a website using EE 2. Clinet doesnt like the default address of the site which becomes the “from” field in the email they receive - is there any way I can supply this, or edit it via the

    {exp:email:contact_form form_class="contact_form" replyto="yes" user_recipients="false" recipients="[email protected]" charset="utf-8"}

    call?

    Also, do you know where I can edit the template for the register-activation code email? I need to change the piece of text before the site URL at the bottom.

    EDITED TO ADD: if you know at all which files in the core are setting these that would be a help as I can hopefully try and over-ride them. EDITED someone has just helped me on twitter with my second pointin Design > MEssage > Email notif templates. Yay!! thanks low 😊 + darrel!l 😊

    Hi, battez.

    Do you want to change the from name for everything? It might be easier to just use [url=http://www.solspace.com/software/detail/freeform]FreeForm[/ur] from Solpace. You can even set it to have the name of the person putting in the request be the from name and email address.

    Does that help?
