I had attempted to upgrade from Expression Engine 2.1.0 to the most recent version and have been unsuccessful, as such, I rolled back the install to to my previous system folder. I had the existing folders renamed, so when I rolled back I just changed the name back to system.
I now receive a duplicate URL error when I attempt to edit posts which have already been posted or saved. There is definitely only a single entry with the URL and we’ve attempted 3 different posts with alternate URLS and always receive the error when we try to edit the post.
I’m a little lost for a solution to this. Any ideas?

UPDATE: Seems I’ve found a solution. Uninstalled the PAGES module and reinstalled and am now able to edit posts again.
