I have had a site running quite happily for the last year or so when the client realised that they could no longer upload files, the error message we get is:
Warning: require(/home/928/xxxx/www.mysite.co.uk/public_html/petadmin/core/core.upload.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/928/xxxx/www.mysite.co.uk/public_html/xxxx/cp/cp.publish.php on line 9133
Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/928/xxxx/www.mysite.co.uk/public_html/xxxx/core/core.upload.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /home/928/xxxx/www.mysite.co.uk/public_html/xxxx/cp/cp.publish.php on line 9133The hosting company (webfusion) says it is the fault of ee but I am sure it isn’t as the uploads worked and then didn’t.
Any advice on how I can fix this or what I need to tell the hosting company would be good.
I am getting it in the neck from the client….
