Howdy
In working with the Pages module I noticed that when trying to use “hidden” templates with pages the template engine renders the 404 page rather than the actual template. Simply changing my template name from “_my_template” to “my_template” renders the page as expected.
Feature or bug? If it’s a bug I’ll post it to the tracker.

I don’t think it’s a bug. Hidden templates are meant to be used by embeds, and not called directly, not even Pages.

Hm, I thought hidden templates were simply to be hidden. For example, I would want anyone accessing this template from the URL. I’d only want it used with Pages URIs which have templates related to them.
Does that make sense?
