I am using the RET field in my Stand Alone Registration Form but it isn’t doing anything. Is there something else that will help me re-direct new registrations?
I am not using any account activations and want to redirect back to the page the user just registered from.

That code is for EE1.x.
If you need that kind of functionality, the add-on John linked to would be one method of doing this.
