When switching through sites in the control panel, i am often within a specific channel, or on a specific template that is obviously not available in another sites control panel.
The error that pops up is that i am “not authorised to view this page”
Would this not be better served with a better error page that perhaps offers alternative links to the cp home page, or that it always redirects to the nearest top level page of the section they are in - i.e. if a template is not available when switching sites go to the template manager, or at least that sites cp home?
This is something that i am constantly getting complaints about from just one client with a MSM - i cannot believe others do not get the same.
I am asking it here for a discussion of reason before submitting another feature request.
