Can I confirm that you are not deleting entries one by one but using the Edit page to select say all from one Channel and then deleting?

yes i do as you say, but i can delete only 150 entries every time.i imported data from my old site so i have some channels has more then 26000 entries.

Hi, ahmedeng.
Do these imported entries have the right date on them? You can also purge based on age.

Have you tried deleting (and re-creating, of desired) the whole channel? You could also use a custom SQL query, of course.
