    Hi,

Okay, I’ve tried numerous steps, looked at other posts on here, and it didn’t seem to help the problem.

When I try to upload a photo for a profile on the site I’m working on, it plain doesn’t work, and returns a blank index.php page.

The form action on the page is set to my index.php page, I’m not sure if this is correct, but I can’t find where I would change that. And the image isn’t uploaded anywhere on the server

The only way uploading a photo seems to work is if I’m logged into the control panel, editing a member’s settings that way. It uploads correctly, to the directory it should (/images/member_photos/)

    I don’t know if it’s making a difference, but I’m running EE 2.1.3

What other addons are using to accomplish this, the pages you’ve setup dont appear to be the standard ?

Yes, I am using Solspace’s User for this page. I’m unsure if it’s a problem specifically with User or if it’s with EE. I did set up a new fresh template from User to test if the photo upload worked there, and it didn’t.

Phew, figured it out. It was with Solspace’s user. There was an error with the page, so the blank page was an error page, but since it was blank, I couldn’t figure out what the error was. Finally figured out I needed to edit one of their index files, and that helped me figure out the error and fix it.

    Thanks for the assist, Cheif.

Adpearance, glad things are working again. Don’t hesitate to post again as needed.
