    Hi,

Quite new to EE2 so I open my first technical support topic.

    Problem:
I installed my first accessorie (cP Analytics).
Now the next step is configuring the account and link it to EE2.

when I click the google analytics panel in de admin area and try to acces the page to configure my account I get this message.

    An Error Was Encountered
You are not authorized to access this page

I read the OpenSSL and HTTPS cURL must be enabled on the server.
So I checked the php info and it is all enabled.
And I’m logged in as super admin*

    any idea why?

    thank you

What version and build of EE are you using? You are you trying this as a Superadmin? Because it sounds like your user might not have the necessary CP permissions, perhaps? Are you running any other third-party add-ons?

    Version: v2.1.3

Yes I am trying as a super admin.
I also made a new member group with all access. bu then I can’t see the tab of Google cPanel.
I tried disable all other accessories (ExpressionEngine Info (1.0), News and Stats)  but it did not help.

And it’s the only third-party active.

EDIT:  found the problem, extension was disabled.

found it regarding this topic: http://devot-ee.com/add-ons/support/cp-analytics/viewthread/405/

Still some EE2 newbie problems 😊
