I keep getting this error when I try to install EE 2.1.3FL
I’ve never had this problem in the past, and I’ve tried installing it on 3 different servers all with the same error. I also tried to re-download the software including the Non-commercial version all without luck.
I followed all the directions in the User Guide, so I’m not sure what to do now. Any ideas?

Installed older version of EE and upgraded to 2.1.3 so all is good now.
