There is not “Automatically Convert High ASCII Text to Entities” in my “Global Channel Preferences” Is this right?
I am using EE v2.1.3 Build:20101220.

It’s been removed in the 20101215 build.

What does it mean that “Automatically Convert High ASCII Text to Entities” has been removed?
Are High ASCII characters still automatically converted?

No, Erwin. We rely on Unicode now, utf-8 is used throughout.
